Maybe it's my OCD but I personally use 0,0,0 (three zeros). Years ago I was burnt by a block that was placed at 0,0 and the elevation became an issue. Just my $.02. In a 2D environment it is understood and not necessary, any Z value is more than likely to do with errant objects than it does with the coordinate system.
