great CAD site

I do not know if this is shunned upon but this site below is my number three spot behind here and revit city. There are tons of ads and looks non-legit but most tutorials are free and very clear. If this is not an ok practice please let me know.

I'm pretty sure it is legit as it is an offshoot of the old Cadalyst magazine. Others may also remember the old Cadence magazine. The two were at one time the leading source of AutoCAD information outside of AutoDesk.

Not exactly. It's the same outfit as the "old cadalyst magazine".

They have changed publishers a few times over the years, but the print magazine and the website are still the same "Cadalyst" as they've always been.

This is the only "history" I could find, and unfortunately, it ends in 2008, but still a good read.

Yeah, I can remember receiving both here at work back in the 90's.

I'm currently sitting here looking at a stack of Cadalyst mags from 2003-2006....
