When i use it it gave me error like pic? all i want to do is to bend the both end of the sheet for like 1 in. does anyone has any good tutorial for this tool? found only one on youtube but they made it too hard to follow. thanks Quote

What I see is that you used a tool that is not in the Sheet Metal tools. What I see is that your file is .IPT (which it should be). Your Extrusion thickness does not match your Sheet Metal Thickness. I recommend that you use ONLY the Sheet Metal tools to create sheet metal parts until you get more experience. Also, I recommend that you download and install the Service Packs and Updates for your version of Inventor. Quote

Hi JD, My sheet metal thickness is about 16Ga, do i need to set to 16Ga when i ready to Hem? do you have toturial? Quote

JD Mather Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 (edited) The Service Packs and Updates are free. https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/downloads?release=2014 Use Face rather than Extrude, but first set your Sheet Metal Style thickness to the desired thickness (right now you have it on a default of .12in).
