SuperJonas Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 Hello. Autodesk AutoCad 2016. Did use Rastertools, imported an image that I drew upon. When printing the plan the lines are displayed differently, how come? Its on the same layer and nothing is different in the lines. I had the same problem when doing a plan of a building, the lines are displayed after printing it to the pdf differently? For sure some sillly error I am doing, but cant figure it out:( Thanks in advance! Quote

Investigate the options you have here on the Options/plot and publish tab for OLE objects, and see if any of them make a difference. The line quality of OLE objects (images/rasters) depends more on the program that created the image itself and not AutoCad. AutoCad PDF to dwg creates Vector output and not raster, so mixing the two is going to show up in differences in line quality. The Autocad pdf generator is particularly sensitive to these differences due to the nature of the vector drawings it produces. Quote
RobDraw Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 It sounds like you may be missing the basics of layering and plot styles. You need to set these up in order to get proper plots. Quote
