Some time Refedit not working, giving below message.

 

Command: REFEDIT

Select reference:

Errors found in references to other objects:

** Application reference missing: ACAD, to AcDbLinetypeTableRecord.

*Cancel*

Could you have other drawings referenced to your xref'd drawing?
