EVERYTHING showing up with 40% transparency.

I've somehow changed a variable that is making everything I draw take on a 40% transparency attribute. It doesn't matter what layer or what type of object I draw. Does anyone know what variable has been changed to make this happen?

 

EDIT: I've fixed this. Somehow (though I have no idea how), I managed to change the transparency to 40 in the properties dialog with nothing selected.
