How a minsert block is exploded?

hi guys, i have a file that has a minsert block in it, i have downloded "explodem.vlx" and put it in support folder of auto cad and then loaded it by "load application", but it seems it is not the right way!

any help?

What error it shows post it here... and what do you mean by minsert block

If it's attribute block then try command "Burst".

this is what it says when list it . and I tried the burst command.

A minsert is made from a block, check to see what blocks are available in the drawing, insert the one used to make the minsert, erase the minsert.

 

Also, look online for XMINSERT.LSP.

if this minsert was created with a program called ZW CAD....then I can guarantee whoever did it locked the drawing using ZW CAD.

I have found when ZW CAD does its special locking feature on .dwg files, it creates what looks like an minsert but in reality it is something quite different and cannot in any way be exploded.

Just a thought in case that is what has happened from wherever the drawing came from
