Unable to Deselect "Advanced Feature Validation" Option

Hi,

We recently migrated from 2010 to 2016. Some Parts are having "Advanced Feature Validation" Option in Tools>Documents Settings>Modeling tab. This particular part does not retain the property. This option always turns on next time we browse the property.

Any help is appreciated.
