ColinPearson Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 Hello... I'm trying to clean up a drawing that was provided to me. I've gotten mos of the layers that are extraneous (for my purposes) condensed into fewer layers. The problem is that some objects are living inside blocks but they don't share the same layer as the block. Quick Select doesn't select these objects. Is there some other way to quickly determine where these objects are in my drawing so that I can place them onto one of the layers that I have create? I can't explode the whole dwg b/c I've already reassembled a bunch of stuff into blocks that make sense for my purposes. Thanks y'all! Quote
edwinprakoso Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 You can edit the master block (with block editor or in-place) and use QSELECT to find the block. Quote
