Scaling multiple items in dynamic blocks

Hi Folks

I've drawn a basic dynamic block (attached which is basically just a plate with four holes in it.

I can re-size the plate and move the holes around as I need to and I can also scale one of the holes (bottom left). I'm really struggling to find a way to make all four holes scale with one adjustment though. Can anybody suggest a method please.

To make it work correctly at the moment to plate has to be resized before the holes but i can work that out later on.
