Associate Adjoining Text To Circles / Points

I have a Drawing consisting of Circles / Points with a Unique Text Adjoining each of the Circles / Points. I would like to Associate each Circle / Point with the Text Adjoining to it for the whole drawing.

Dont have code but it can be done by using a block with 1 attribute just search for circle and add text as an attribute. You need to go back one step and next time use a block at the start rather than at end. You are making this dwg somehow a change in method.

You can use the "Auto Constrain" under "Parametric", and constrain all at once

And there were 5000+ Circles with Adjoining Text - All Text Got Attached To Corresponding Nearby Circles in a Second!!! - Thanks A Lot Again.
