Geezer Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 This one should be quick and easy. (OK if it were easy I'd have it done) It's been so long since I've needed to do this that I've forgotten what I need to do. When adding a view port in paper space and after setting the scale for the window I double click to open it and the drawing does a zoom all, how do I get it to stop that? Quote
Geezer Posted March 11, 2016 Author Posted March 11, 2016 If I lock the display I can't pan in the view port. I need to view different portions on different layout pages. Quote
RobDraw Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 Once I have a viewport scale set, I lock it. If I need to adjust the view at all, I stretch the viewport. That way there is no risk of an accidental zoom altering the scale. As to the zoom extents when activating the viewport, I seem to recall that having something to do with UCSFOLLOW. Quote
Geezer Posted March 11, 2016 Author Posted March 11, 2016 UCSFOLLOW was it. It was set to one, I reset it to zero and things stay where they are. Thanks Quote
