falcondor Posted March 29, 2016 Share Posted March 29, 2016 Good day to all, By using AutoCAD 2014 platform Windows 7, has recently been a huge file DWG ceased to open, there was an error: "File hangs or crashes AutoCAD." (usually in the same windows directory as the master file) If so, you could try opening this by replacing the file name xxxxx.bak to xxxxx.dwg and see if that works for you.
