karenreeves Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 Does anyone know the command to take a paper space object and send it through the viewport into model space (without copy and paste)? Quote
wannabe Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 I think it may be one of the default commands on the standard right-click shortcut menu in 06 version. Quote
ReMark Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 I'm with lpseifert on this one. Check out one of Lynn Allen's Hip Tips regarding AutoCAD 2006 and CHSPACE here: http://lynn.blogs.com/lynn_allens_blog/2008/10/an-autocad-hip.html Quote

ReMark Posted July 22, 2011 Posted July 22, 2011 how to bring model objects in viewports You are in a paper space layout and have created at least one viewport right? Quote
ReMark Posted July 22, 2011 Posted July 22, 2011 can we change the color of model space objects in view port without affecting in model space? Yes. Activate the viewport. Click on the object. Open your Layer Properties Manager. Go to the column with the heading VP Color and change it. The same object in all other viewports it is depicted in will remain in the original color assigned.
