That is the beauty of this system. You can always count on truecolors to print in color (presuming you print to a color enabled printer of course)

It was not beautiful for me at all yesterday. We don't have a large format color printer and I needed to change all the colors of a site plan to something other than RGB. Once I did that, I realized lineweight was assigned by layer. All that work for a monochrome plot for reference.

I was going to ask the same question and add that even LISP won't make AutoCAD recognize true colors for a .ctb.

 

Would this have helped/been quicker?

 

It looks like it would have. I needed to process the file quickly, so I didn't have any time except to ask a couple people around here what they do.
