Probably bad insertion data.

 

Halam told me:

 

"For inserting...

Command : Xref

Insert multiple, use shift to select

Point type 0,0

Done.

Afterwards command xref again

Select all the xrefs

Bind, then choose insert as option.

Now they are all inserted as blocks."

 

It was by PM, it contains sensitive data.
