Remove lines within a shape

Hi everyone,

 

I woud like to remove every small lines inside the trees, it seems trim fonction works, but I have almost 200trees inside my project, I have tried extrim, qselect, filter, but I cannot find a way to delete them all

I would all the trees to look like the one in the right

You could add a wipeout to the tree blocks.
