I have a number of block in a drawing which are not visible when printed, so I intend to scale them up.

The blocks have a "type" assigned as an attribute. However when I scale up the block, despite it suggesting in the block editor that the attribute text has been scaled up also, the text remains the same size when viewed in model space.

Double clicking in model space on the attribute text it brings up the Enhanced Attribute Editor which confirms that the text is at the original size. I can edit the text size here manually, but have to do it for each individual item, not for the blocks as a set.

As there are a few hundred inserted block of various types I don't really want to do this.

TIA for any help you are able to offer.

I would use the BEDIT command and change the text height in the block editor via the Properties palette. Save and close. Then run the ATTSYNC command and when prompted to select a block pick the one you just edited.

Cheers fella.... I think it was ATTSYNC that nailed it
