Express Tools

I tried to install Trueview 2017, but it caused extremely slow operation of Autocad 2010 (60-240 seconds). It would not even work, so I uninstalled it. Since I installed and uninstalled trueview my express Tools in Autocad has ceased to function or even appear on my menu bar. I tried entering "expresstools" on the command line, but nothing happens. I tried to right click a tool bar, but Expresstools is not listed. the options menu lists the path as C:\program files\autocad 2010\express. There is an Express folder in that location and it is not empty. Why did this happen? How can I fix it?

edit: I should say try uninstalling express tools and then reinstalling express tools

Like Remark but its not called express tools its called acetmain.cuix

 

Check your cui a menu can be loaded but not turned on.
