I need help with following task:

Please see attached image.

 

I have "red" line/pline (if pline then without arc segments) and bunch of green lines/circles/splines etc.

I would like to cut/delete sections of green ones, that are in given distance from red one (distance is presented as grey "help lines").

 

red objects ar on one layer, and green are on another layer
