? how to control the ? 'temporary' UCS when selecting an entity _ would like it OFF

when picking on an entity , there occurs a local UCS , I would like to turn this behavior OFF .

I cannot find a setting for this behavior .

I work in 3D , AutoCAD 2017 , model space .

Is it Dynamics UCS you're talking about? If so press F6 to toggle it on and of.
