Hi.

Does anyone know how to offset a polyline to different distance?

(like Attached file)

I doubt it is possible to offset a single polyline multiple distances to produce a new (single) polyline as shown in the image you have posted.

Like Remark you need a formula or rules as to how the "NEW" pline is to be created. Not offset.
