ReMark Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 (edited) You want to create a Word file while you are in AutoCAD? You can export AutoCAD objects to a Word file but you would have to have Word open to insert them. I don't see how it could be done otherwise (i.e. - without opening Word). BTW...I'm pretty sure that if you do a search you can find a way to open Word while in AutoCAD via a lisp routine. The following may be of some interest to you. Read through each in their entirety. http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?35671-Can-Mtext-or-Dtext-be-Exported-to-Excel-or-Word http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/visual-lisp-autolisp-and-general/open-a-document-in-word-via-lisp-or-how-do-i-find-out-activex/td-p/2677337 Edited September 30, 2016 by ReMark Quote
