thanks but i try to load norm-blocks then i can not run it, i write norm-block but there is no command like that

This is LISP-function, not command. Use:

(norm-blocks 1)

now i need a macro to change instantly the color of a block.

 

in normal mode i need write change , select block then select color and then select numer of color...

Seems like a LISP that is generic enough to have been available for quite some time. Google search yielded many links. Maybe this one?
