my GF gives me very complex shape plan and she needs 25 % of area to be filled and seperated.

i know the area command but how about tell to the autocad to distinguish 25% off total area???

25% of the area to be filled with what? A hatch pattern? And separated how? Or separated by what?

 

Can you provide an image of this "complex area" or possibly even a copy of the .dwg file?

Like Remark there are various ways of calculating a known area from a irregular shape they all involve iterating down to a tolerance on the answer.
