bejant
Hello, We have a block called 'postmark' that we use quite heavily in our structural drawings. It identifies the size of post we need in wood framing. So when I create the framing plans for apartment buildings for example, I usually create blocks of dwelling units with the posts already marked with the postmark and I use that block for however many of the same units there are in the building. Often times though, the units are flipped/mirrored. So when I flip the unit over using the flip action, my postmark block doesn't flip correctly, as illustrated in the attached drawing. Does someone have an idea on how to get it to flip so it shows up correctly? It would save me a lot of time recreating a mirrored unit block. BIGAL
You will need a dynamic block its possible to turn objects on and off for say mirrored etc, I am no expert in dynamic blocks some one will answer. Search here for dynamic block visibility.
