aligning text to a line inside dynamic block

Hi all,

 

What im trying to achieve is to have the text rotate (or line up) with the diagonal line when i stretch the block horizontally or vertically

 

is there a way?

 

searched and looked at youtubes video all day and i cannot find a simple answer

Easy set text to be parallel to the line, may need also set text at midpoint of line.
