Metric6 Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 I am using AutoCad 2005. It was working fine this morning. Then I imported an IGES file using the 'IGESIN' command. Shortly after, I experienced a problem. When I went to open a file no explorer window came up to search for the file. Instead it asked me to enter the file name on the command line. It does the same for saving a file as well. I have tried to reboot my computer and change my AUTOCAD profile, but neither worked. Does anyone have an idea of what the issue is? Any help would be gretaly appreciated. - Mike Quote

ReMark Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 OK...and that brings us to what, 180 times the answer to a question has been FILEDIA=1? The next person that asks gets a prize. What would you suggest? Quote
Hedgehog Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 OK...and that brings us to what, 180 times the answer to a question has been FILEDIA=1? The next person that asks gets a prize. What would you suggest? A small person who goes round permanently colouring in their loose leaf folders... ... that way it's a file dyer that's been won Quote
dbroada Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 or somebody who makes files? A file DIYer Quote
