LISP for Slope Considering point and Perpendicular to 3D Lines

Hi Guys!

 

Please help me create lisp for slope drawing considering a selection from point and Line as a top slope and 3d polyline bottom slope with an option regarding the ratio of line to be generated, distance of slope line and lines perpendicular to the bottom slope.

It seems simple and needs checking pick point, pick "perp" to pline done ? There is a 3d vector answer need surveyors handbook.
