Flat pattern error

I'm a bit new to Inventor and created a basic sheet metal part with flanges and am receiving the error message "Could not split between bend and plate..."

Could someone help with this?

I haven't downloaded your zip file, though you may consider setting up your sheet metal defaults, and rather than using the bend command, try using the flange command.

You've created Sheet Metal Part in 3D Modelling Environment, instead of "Extrude Cut" you should use Cut Across Bend
