Plotter driver language in Chinese, not English

Maybe this is not the right forum for this, but I'm hoping to get some help. I am running AutoCAD LT 2017 with an HP1050C plotter and my plotter language (in my plot configuration) has changed from English to Chinese. How do I change it back.
