Imported files and model manager what is ghost storey/discipline

Can someone explain whats the function of 'ghost storey'under imported files and model manager?

I don't know what the "model manager" is, unless it's something that has been added to Autocad recently? And "ghost storey" sounds like it's part of whatever model you imported, since it shows up in the "imported files" list.

Nothing I have ever seen in Map3D.

Maybe AutoCAD Architecture or ArchiCAD or similar. That would be the only use of a ghosted story in CAD I could think of.
