Please could somebody advise on adjusting the axis

I have a large number of drawing and they all appear in model space as the image below.

 

Is there a setting change I could make to adjust the axis and drawing simultaneously in order that that they are both orientated NSEW ?

You could just type "plan" and hit enter, which will alter the screen to line up with the current UCS

Maybe Steven, if the dwg is tru co-ords then pick a line that you want as the e-w axis, just do UCS OB "pick line left side", I also recommend extra UCS S "viewname" if you open a layout tab and mview again UCS R "viewname" PLAN then set the scale and all done, you can change the Model view as well if you want by typing PLAN to accept the ucs you have just set.
