Steven P
Good morning, Just had an odd one happen - I have a set of drawings with raster (TIFF) images attached. On my machine these display properly. I made PDF plots of these, using the standard DWG to PDF plotter, and again on my machine they display and print correctly - lines and TIFF images all appear. I zipped these up and sent them to a colleague... and the raster image vanished. He only gets CAD lines.... So any clues what might be happening between his computer and mine? (I could understand it if I cannot see the TIFFs on the PDFs, but because I can and he can't I am confused again) Thanks
SLW210
There is a setting in Adobe reader not to show large images. Edit > Preferences > Page Display and check the box labeled Show large images. Not sure if they use another reader, but probably the same issue of the images being too large. Might be their graphics card or computer can't handle them. Steven P
Thanks, The engineer is out on site today but I've asked him to see whether he has allowed large images (We are using a different PDF viewer but it has this option also)
