Need lisp for Burst block and remove background fill from mtext and dimensions

hi all,

i have drawings contain attribute block named "Sec-Mark-Up1" and mtexts and dimensions with background mask, I need to do "burst" block first and then all mtext and dimesions mask should be remove. please any one can help me to make a lisp for that.

Exploding or bursting a block containing dimensions can have undesired results.  Sounds like you need to modify the block's entities.  Simple solution would be to modify the block and update it in each of those drawings.

Please post an AutoCad2010 drawing of the block and i'll take a look.
