Edit View Target coordinates in AutoCAD LT

Is there a way to edit the Target Z value in AutoCAD LT?

As I understand, the full version gives you an option to change this through the Properties Flag when the 3DO command is active. Cant find any such option in LT... 🙄

No it's a read only value in LT, what are you trying to achieve? there maybe otherways to do it.

Thanks Steven!

Most often the drawings I get from other consultants have a deviated Z-value which messes up the displayed text crispness. Reverting this value to zero retains the font smoothing and the overall drawing looks clean.

I know it's just a visual thing, because either ways the text looks fine on the print. But my OCD doesn't let me work until I clean-up the fonts! 😁😁😁

Those are odd settings. Without seeing the drawing, I would think that setting the UCS to world and then run the"plan" command and choose the option "current" would maybe get the results you are after.

Have tried this, but it doesn't work.

Below is a screen-grab of how ugly the text appears! 😥

Could you post the drawing, or at least that part of it, so someone could see what is going on, anything else is just guesswork. We don't need the whole drawing, even just that couple of lines of text is enough so long as it still shows the same behavior.
