Create a set the regions being in the point.

It seems simply.
 

(setvar "OSMODE" 512)

(setq point (getpoint "\nSelect the point: "))

(setq regions (ssget point '((0 . "REGION"))))

(sslength regions)

returns 1
but must be 2
