Catchment on Surface at any point

Hi, I was wondering if there is a lisp or tool that can create a 'catchment' at any point on a surface.  Currently, using the existing catchment tool command in Civil 3D, you can only create an accurate catchment if it is at the bottom of the slope.  This is because if you use the catchment tool half way down a slope then obviously it won't hold (catch) the water and it will continue to flow downward.  

 

Ultimately I need a tool that upon selecting a point on a surface it creates a polygon that shows where water is getting to that point from.

You can only create catchments currently through C3D where water is going to sit. I need to be able to create a "catchment" in the middle of a slope surface.
