Have you tried searching the Autodesk Knowledge Network re: AutoCAD Mechanical 2013 Product Help?

if i search in firefox ok! but not in autocad

So you can find AutoCAD Mechanical Help online but when you are offline you can't.  Is that what you are saying?  Some companies prefer their employees not to connect to the Internet for any reason thus the CAD operators must use a local version of the Help file.

I did try it and mine works fine. I don't know why yours doesn't work? I can only guess that either you don't have the Help files installed or your file path isn't configured correctly. Did you try all the things mentioned in the links that were provided?
