AutocadLT 2013 Quick access toolbar

I recently reinstalled AutocadLT 2013 on a new computer. The quick access toolbar icons are not visible, however if I hover over the location the information regarding the tool is shown.

When I selected to view the Quick access toolbar below the ribbon, it shows with all the icons.

How can I see the icons above the toolbar?
