Looking for someone's older Cad Version

Hello,

I have Autocad Release 14 and am looking for ACad 2000 or newer....I know this is not a buy and sell forum, but if anyone has their older version, complete with passcodes, etc that they want to sell reasonable, please let me know. I am learning AutoCad and R14 does not have a lot of what is in the new versions. I red-line a lot of drawings for our draftspersons, and it would be so much easier to simply change them and would save us both a good bit of time, etc. Thanks, Al

Can anyone tell me what is the difference between autocad 2000 and autocad 2000i? I am looking for a used autocad 2000 or later, and there are some 2000i sets on ebay..but I don't know if they are the same thing. Thanks, Al

:o Wow, really bad idea posting your phone number on a public forum. I have edited your post and removed it, for your own good.

I have also merged your two threads, since they are basically about the same thing.

Once you put up one more post, you will have full member priveleges, including access to the PM system, so anyone wishing to discuss your current situation will be able to do so in private.

Remember, this is a Help forum, not a place to buy and sell old software, so please don't post any offers here in this thread.

The main difference between 2000 and 2000i supposedly was improved Internet functionality. I see no reason to specifically seek out 2000i over 2000. My guess is there may be more copies available too. You can try searching craigslist too for AutoDesk software. Look under items for sale > computers. Just make sure that if you go that route you verify the seller has the CD, Users' Guide (book), serial number and CD key (for activation) and will agree to refund your money if you cannot get the program to load.
