DEAR 

 

I NEED A LISP PROGRAM  TO GET POLYLINE TEXT VALUE IN OFFSET AND LEVEL FORMAT.

THAT MUST ASK BEOLW 7 STEP: 

STEP1: SELECT A POLYLINE OBJECT. 
STEP2: PICK BASE POINT (* TO DEFINE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE).

STEP3: ENTER DATUM LEVEL.
STEP4: ENTER HORIZONTAL SCALE .
STEP5: ENTER VERTICAL SCALE. 
STEP6: PICK POINT FOR X AXIS VALUE TEXT. 
STEP7: PICK POINT FOR Y AXIS VALUE TEXT.

You can be lucky here is RL offset needs to be added. This is agood start.

 

You pick datum text, pick hor line for datum, pick point pick a text rl is shown.

 

It needs to be modified for hor scale, do you want to add text ? or happy to just change a bit easier.

but SurfaceRLl.lsp not working as per my requirements.

i need all value at a time , just i select pline and all level automatically write in text format

Not everything in life is free, I did say a start. The request is known as drawing a cross or long section so did you google that much easier to start with however the pline has been defined like x,y values.
