Lisp that was running stopped

Good morning, how are you? I have a problem with a lisp that I was using since 2011. Until last week it was working normally, but this week lisp keeps returning this error:

** Error: no function definition: nil **.

 

My autocad is 2016, it's on a laptop with windows 10. I tried some solutions: I reinstalled the program, reinstalled a newer version. All without success. So I tried it on my old desktop pc. It's autocad 2012, and Lisp ran normally. One more step: I installed 2018 and loaded the Lisp ... it worked normally. Now I do not know what else to do. Format the laptop? Is there anything else I can do?
