If I have one assembly with two parts. How do i make so they do not interfer with each other. For example a door to not pass the door stop. Some kind of collision detect?

I would prouably use a angle constraint. Put a work axis at the bottom of the door and another at the door stop where you would like it to stop. If you play around with that you should be able to get it to work. Also in drive constraints you can turn on collision detect. This will stop it during animation.
