If your single user subscription Autodesk product will not work this morning, perhaps you missed the recent TLS security update. This update is required to be installed for many versions of many products to continue operation after 03 August. You can find a list of products and affected versions in the link above. The download will vary based on these factors also. Lastly, this affects products on the Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
