How to disable the default F1 Hotkey

I changed assign  my F1 to swift ortho and autosnap . He worked as expected most of the time. But the defaut help function come out now and then.  One of The easiest reproduce way is hover or click the icon in status bar, my customized feature still work,But the help window will still come out too.

 

How can I supress the default help F1 hotkey  completely?
