How do I transfer my custom toolbars and menus to a different machine?

Just copy the menu file and any external icons to the different machine.

You can export your profile into ARG file and load it on another machine.

Cmd: option --> profile tab --> export

I did this too but I have a custom toolbar that hasn't copied across.

Right, toolbars are not stored in profiles.

As I said in my post above

I don't know if you have a custom cui setup, but all my customization is under my cui. All I need to do is save and export my cui file. Then load it up on the new machine. If you don't have one setup, you really should since you have custom toolbars.
