HI,

I am a draft person mostly working in topos , can help to create a lisp for longitudinal ,latitudinal  convert to Northing & Easting (coordinates)

I think you will find that a lisp would be very complicated, and to make it universal, you would have to provide all sorts of variables for different parts of the world.

 

All depending in  what part of the world you are in, the local mapping organisation should be able to provide a conversion programme. But to get it at a click of a mouse, you would need to invest in a cad programme which already includes the conversion facility.

Like Eldon you have to take into account your world zone, CIV3d supports Lat Long. Both decimal and degrees. 

 

Again there are programs out there you will need to search.
