Um, can you explain your criteria and what you're trying to achieve?

So join the dots ? Can see a mistake in your image one hor line should come from the Vertice of the block.

 

Example in image the tricky bit is the draw lines but using x&y from before next block.

 

 

Use bounding box will fix 90 out of block. Some one may already have a solution. Not worried about little fillet once rest of code is worked out.

 

Thinking more if end point is not a block draw line until block picked.
