Lookup parameter/action doesn't exist?

Hi all,

 

Very frustrating: no lookup parameter or action tools in the dynamic block editor - however blocks I have from other sources do have these in them. At the very least it means I can't edit the existing lookup table for instance. I've looked everywhere for a solution.

 

I'm using Autocad 2015 on a Mac.

One of the drawbacks with AutoCAD MAC, missing features like that. Or are you actually using Windows AutoCAD on a MAC?

Can't use Windows AutoCAD on a Mac or should I say in OS X. You would have to use it in a VM or BootCamp. Has to AutoCAD for Mac. Real question is "Why?".

So it simply isn't a feature of the OS version? I wish I had discovered that earlier. Any way to edit the lookup values then? Or should I just delete the lookup action if I don't like those values?

The simple way may be send it to someone with Autocad windows change the look up values and send back, I am not very good at dynamic blocks or would do. Post the block and what the look ups are I am sure someone will do for you, if its a lot of blocks I am sure a fee can be agreed to Beer dollars work well.
